The D.E.Chase Group is a team of four persons offering unique skills to address specific aspects of the business. While any of us can obtain answers to a question regarding your unit, we can assist you more effectively by directing requests to the appropriate member of our staff.

Is a 24-hour emergency service which has the sole purpose of providing you assistance with an emergency involving fire, flood, or serious property damage to your unit. Calls will not be returned for any other reason.
Non-emergency calls may result in a service call fee imposed to the Home-owner.
If you need to report a maintenance item regarding snow removal, grounds care, building cleaning, pool care, parking/vehicle violations, or other related service issues.
